terms and conditions

^{make sure you read through this thoroughly before commissioning!}

- 50% payment upfront before work is started
- No refunds unless work hasn't been started yet
- Payment through Paypal Invoices ONLY
- The completed commission will only be sent once the payment is complete
- Do not pass my work on as if it’s yours
- Streaming use allowed BUT you must include credit in your SNS bio(s) and/or about page(s)

- I have the right to refuse any commission
- I have the right to give you a discount if you send me a picture of a cute animal (can be discussed)
- I have the right to share the commissioned work online, in my portfolio, or on my SNS accounts

- If you commissioned Model Art or Model Art + Rig Bundle from me and for whatever reason do not want it anymore, communicate with me before you sell the model to someone else! Do not resell the model at a higher price than what you paid for
- If you need me to rig a previously rigged model, you must provide permission from the previous rigger
- If I am rigging a model illustrated by someone else and find problems with how it's cut, I expect you to either tell the artist or put the two of us in contact with one another. An extra fee may be charged if I'm the one fixing the model.Can't do:
- Anthropomorphic animals
- Mecha
- NSFW

Message me on Twitter/X or Bluesky about what you would like for me to provide (Model art, rig, or both)! Include references/send your .psd so I can provide an estimate before we discuss the comm further. You can also just fill out this form!After discussing the commission with you, I will give you the quote and have you check out my Terms and Conditions. If you agree to my Terms and Conditions, I will then send you an invoice through PayPal!I do allow payments in installments, but I will not start the commission until you pay 50% of the price. Once you do, I will begin your commission :D
